Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers very comfortable and nice rooms that were exceptionally clean. However, some finishing touches seemed lacking, such as the absence of a mirror in the bedroom and no carpet in the lobby room. The location, while nice and comfortable, could benefit from improved customer service training to enhance accessibility. The dining options were excellent, providing a variety of choices including fresh cooked eggs, although there were limited grilled dishes available. Overall, the hotel stands out as one of the nicest and newest in Bucharest, with good value for the money.
I had to wait 4 hours for my room to be ready, but once I got in, I found a very comfortable bed and one of the best showers I've ever had in a hotel. The room was small yet had everything I needed as expected from a 5-star hotel.
The hotel is strategically located in the Old Center, just a short walk from various attractions, offering a vibrant experience surrounded by charming bars and restaurants. The rooms, though spacious with a cosy waterfall shower, may not match expectations for a higher-star hotel. The service, while prompt and courteous in handling requests, could benefit from further training. The dining options, especially the fresh juices and yogurt until 11 am, provide a pleasant start to the day, even though other aspects fall short of a 5-star standard.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with high ceilings and huge windows, providing a very comfy experience. However, some noise from nearby compressors and limited views may be a drawback. The service is generally courteous, although check-in and check-out can be slow at times. The prime Old Center location is excellent for exploring on foot, with great dining options nearby. The dining experience is top-notch with a generous offering until late hours.
The hotel provides cozy and clean rooms, although some aspects like the lack of mirrors in the bedroom could be improved. The service is exceptional with friendly and professional staff, making the stay truly welcoming. The location offers great access to the vibrant nightlife of Bucharest on foot, but it might feel cramped during busy times. The dining options are diverse and delicious, ensuring a delightful culinary experience. Overall, a good value for the money.
The hotel has its ups and downs. While the rooms seemed a bit neglected in terms of cleanliness and were rather small compared to others in Bucharest, they were still beautiful and had great amenities. The check-in time at 15.00 might not work for everyone. The service, however, was top-notch with very courteous and helpful staff members, always willing to assist. The location, although small and crowded, is fantastic for exploring the city center with great coffee shops and restaurants nearby, adding charm to the stay. The dining experience was outstanding, with fresh cooked eggs on the spot, and worth the 21eur price tag. The facilities offered were satisfactory for a comfortable stay.
