The hotel offers very comfortable and nice rooms that were exceptionally clean. However, some finishing touches seemed lacking, such as the absence of a mirror in the bedroom and no carpet in the lobby room. The location, while nice and comfortable, could benefit from improved customer service training to enhance accessibility. The dining options were excellent, providing a variety of choices including fresh cooked eggs, although there were limited grilled dishes available. Overall, the hotel stands out as one of the nicest and newest in Bucharest, with good value for the money.

I had to wait 4 hours for my room to be ready, but once I got in, I found a very comfortable bed and one of the best showers I've ever had in a hotel. The room was small yet had everything I needed as expected from a 5-star hotel.
